What is Gentes AI?
Gentes is an AI growth partner for B2C service businesses. We build AI systems that remove the bottlenecks slowing your growth: lead generation, voice AI, client follow-up, and internal operations. Our focus is simple: systems that work in 30 days and get used from day one.
Who is behind Gentes?
Two operators with ten years building growth systems inside Fortune 200 companies. Giovanni Beggiato (CEO, Strategy & Systems) led AI initiatives at Amazon delivering $22M+ in savings and won the CEO Award, top 2% of employees worldwide. Jean-Marc Herrada (COO, Marketing & Operations) ran Manufacturing and Supply Chain projects at P&G, leading teams of 40 and $100M programs. We have seen the difference between AI that gets launched and AI that actually gets used.
What makes Gentes different?

What is the difference between an automation and an AI agent?
A workflow automation always follows the same fixed steps. An AI agent reads the situation and decides what to do next, which suits processes that need judgment. Most businesses start with focused automations and add agents where they make sense. On the audit call we tell you which one your case actually needs.
Can you integrate with the tools we already use?
In most cases, yes. However we will always make sure to do a deep dive before giving you a definitive answer. We always try to build around your existing stack so there is no migration. The one real requirement is access: the tool needs an API or an export path. We confirm what is possible for your specific tools on the audit call.

What does working with Gentes look like, step by step?
Three steps:

- Engineering — we build, test, and deploy your system, working directly with the people who will actually use it. Every feature comes from their real problems, so adoption happens on its own.
- Training & Launch — we train your team to run the system at full capacity, then launch, so you get the highest return from day one, not months later.
How long does a project take?
We build solutions that will start delivering results within 30 days from the implementation. The exact timeline depends on the scope and on how quickly we get access to your tools and data. We give you a concrete timeline on the audit call once we have seen what you are trying to automate.
How much of my time will this take?
Most of your involvement is early: explaining how your current process works and giving us access. During the build we check in to answer questions and review. We handle the technical work; you stay focused on running your business.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so there is no fixed price we can give you that would actually be honest. The same system can be a small build for one business and a much larger one for another, depending on your tools, your data, and what you are trying to automate. That is exactly what the free 30-minute audit call is for: we look at your specific situation and give you a real number based on it.
Why isn't pricing on the website?
Because one price on a page is wrong for almost everyone who reads it. It leaves money on the table for larger projects and scares off smaller ones with a number that does not apply to them. We would rather spend 30 free minutes understanding your business and giving you a price that is actually true for you.
Is there a minimum budget?
The right question is whether automation will actually pay back for your business, not just whether it fits a budget. If it would not pay back, we will tell you on the audit call rather than take the project. That is part of what the call is for.
Are there ongoing costs after the build?
There can be, depending on the system: platform subscriptions and AI usage, for example. We walk through every ongoing cost transparently on the audit call and proposal, so there are no surprises after launch.
Ownership, support, and trust
Do I own what you build?
Yes. The systems we build are yours. We build on standard, documented tools and your own accounts, so you are not locked in to us. We cover the specifics for your case on the audit call.
What happens after launch? Do you offer support?
We train your team to run the system at full capacity before we launch, so you are not dependent on us to operate it. Ongoing support and maintenance options are something we walk through based on your needs.
What if something breaks, or an AI model changes?
Real systems need maintenance, and we plan for it rather than pretend otherwise. We build with sensible fallback paths so failures are visible, not silent. How monitoring and maintenance are handled is part of what we agree on for your specific system.
Is my data safe? Where does it live?

Will AI replace my team?
No. The point is to take the repetitive work off your team so they can focus on what needs a human: judgment, relationships, and the work that actually grows the business. That is also why adoption matters so much to us, and why we build with your team rather than around them.
Who do you work with?
B2C service businesses. If you are not sure whether your business is a fit, the audit call is the quickest way to find out, and we will be straight with you about it.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You do not need to understand how the system works under the hood. You will know exactly what it does, when it runs, and how to tell that it is working. We explain everything in plain language and train your team before launch.
